All orders are processed within 3-5 business working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take great care in the packaging and shipping of our products to lessen any chance of being damaged during transit.

If you are not satisfied with the condition (if there is damage) of the products when they arrive you can get a refund within 14 days of making a purchase and the reason for refund meets with our criteria. You can do this by emailing us with reason and photos of products that may have been damaged during transit.
